About the Position
As an AI Evaluation Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain end-to-end evaluation pipelines and national-level leaderboards for frontier medical AI models. This opportunity is ideal for candidates holding a Bachelor's or Master's in CS, EE, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field, paired with 1 to 4 years of experience in backend/ML systems engineering. The role requires strong Python backend building experience, familiarity with ML/NLP pipelines like PyTorch and Hugging Face, robust API design skills, and a solid understanding of evaluation metrics such as BLEU, WER, and ROUGE.
